Jonah Shallman is a writer and director based in Los Angeles, California. He earned his BFA in Film Production from Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, where he wrote, directed, and cast multiple narrative projects. His recent work includes Dinner (2024), starring Helen Slater, and The Moon and the Star (2025), his senior thesis film, which he both wrote and directed. Jonah has also contributed to development and creative projects with the award-winning team at Lord Miller Productions. He continues to develop thought-provoking and emotionally complex stories across film and media.
